These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and digital services operated by GOKHANER SL ("GOKHANER", "we", "us", or "our"), including services under the Eco Garnia brand.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

GOKHANER SL operates in digital commerce, brand development, online platforms, and sustainable product initiatives. Our website provides corporate and informational content. Our applications, where available, provide additional digital services as described in the App Store listing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or unsolicited communications.
• Copy, reproduce, or exploit our content without written permission.

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software associated with GOKHANER SL and Eco Garnia are owned by or licensed to GOKHANER SL and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use our brand assets, content, or software without prior written authorisation.

When you submit information through our contact form or email, you confirm the information is accurate. Submitting a request does not create a contractual relationship or guarantee a response.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you download our applications from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and GOKHANER SL only, not with Apple Inc. GOKHANER SL is solely responsible for the application and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application.
• In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• GOKHANER SL, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

If our applications offer in-app purchases or subscriptions in the future, payment will be processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOKHANER SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence within the European Union.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
